RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ShopYayy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, contact us at support@shopyayy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@shopyayy.com to arrange an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Sale or final-sale items

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
